Heading out of Tunbridge Wells on the A264, turn left towards Groombridge on the B2110. Turn left just before leaving Groombridge and look for the fishery on the left after 1/2 mile.

Two lakes including Monk Lake, a six-acre lake set in the Wealden countryside of Kent. An ideal day ticket water for beginners and those who like their rods bent. Twenty three different species including Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Golden tench, Ghost carp, Chub, Barbel etc. Pleasure catches to 250lb+. Fish from the comfort of the flat, grassy banks for Commons to 28lb, Ghosts to 23lb and Mirrors to 20lb. Night fishing by arrangement (limited to 15 anglers.)

Heading south out of Maidstone on the A229 go staight through Linton after 3 miles. After a further 2 miles the road forks left, remain on the A229 for around 2 miles and the fishery is on the left before you enter Cross-at-Hand.
